We call them Great-Grandma’s noodles. I never thought of using a pizza cutter before – great tip. I let the rolled dough dry a bit on the counter before cutting into noodles. Then we let them dry for a while on the counter. My grandma lets them dry completely and then stores them in a jar in her pantry.
