I have no idea what Hamburger Helper tastes like, but this is so yummy! It went together quickly and easily, and was really tasty. Who needs something from a box when you can just as easily make this?

I haven’t purchased Hamburger Helper in many years, primarily because I was turned off by the powdered cheese sauce and the lengthy list of mystery ingredients. In my search for a quick and easy dinner with ground beef tonight, I tried this recipe on a whim. Not only does it taste dramatically better than any HH I’ve ever had, it comes together quickly and easily in one pan with no fuss. Everyone loved it. Will definitely make again!

Super quick and easy! And tasty! I didn’t have onion powder so I grated an onion in (approx 1/2 a small yellow onion) and I used an Italian blend cheese. It was delicious! Thank you for the recipe!
