These remind me of a recipe we did in girl scouts, we called it the " Hobo Burger"...only this one looks like it's for grown up scouts! Our recipe was a burger, onion slices, Carrot slices, potato slices seasoning and all piled up on a square of Alum. foil, tied like a bundle and popped in our camp fire. This new version looks just Yummy and I can not wait to try them!

Jumbuck in a Tucker Bag?! That's a cool name! I wish I had thought of that. In fact, I'm running a poll on my blog right now because I can't decide on a permanent name. I haven't tried this dish yet with chicken but I"ll be it would be great.
I am in charge of International Admissions at a large university. I have to travel a lot to different countries. It was exciting going to HK the first 10 or so times. After that, the newness had worn off. Traveling for weeks at a time is a killer! I always enjoy the food though!
