I just made this tonight and it turned out great! As they others have said, the Dijon with the herbs pairs very well. Next time I might make this into a gravy instead of spreading it over the meat. I served it with parslied potatoes and green beans.

Great recipe! Loved the flavor, I had to cook my tenderloin a little longer since it was a big one. I will be making this recipe again!

Excellent recipe – very tender. Only thing I had to change was I had to cook my tenderloin longer to get it to the right temperature. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks.
