		<description><![CDATA[I ran out of panko, so I ended up using some crushed up cornflake crumbs to supplement the panko I had, and they ended up...soggy.  I&#039;ve never had a problem using cornflake crumbs and panko interchangeably before; although the taste is different the texture is not, so I&#039;m not sure what happened.

That aside, they weren&#039;t bad.  We ate them with honey-bbq sauce.  I&#039;ll try your ginger chicken tender recipe with all panko and see if that makes a difference in crunch.]]></description>
