I have made this 3 times sice Isabelle at Home gave me her recipe! My family loves it and it is so easy. I like to start it on a Sunday night so that on a busy Monday I know I already have dinner 3/4 of the way done! Yum!

This looks amazing and I plan on making it. Your recipe calls for one celery…is that just one rib or one entire bunch? I am guessing a rib but just want to be sure. Yummy recipe can’t wait to try.
