These were really great! I adapted the recipe a bit for our tastes, but it was FANTASTIC. It came out looking beautiful and the sauce was delicious spooned over some sour cream mashed potatoes.

I already had a very simple, go-to recipe for Hamburger Steak, but thought I would try this one out. It was very good! It is definitely a lot more involved than my other recipe, but I’m sure it will be added into our regular rotation. Thanks!

My husband enjoyed this. It made a lot though and he’s had to eat it three times! I’m not going to say I loved it…it’s just not my style, so I want to be fair and say it was a good recipe, if you like ground beef and gravy. Maybe a little too much work for the payoff. It will fill men up in true Pioneer Woman style, that is FOR SURE! Go ahead, try it!
