		<description><![CDATA[I cut this recipe in half and made them for lunch for my husband and me. The sauce seemed a bit time consuming but then again I had never tempered an egg prior to this so I imagine it will speed up with practice. 

I used frozen florets and ham that I bought already diced &amp; cheese already shredded. The flavor was really good. A very nice fall/winter meal.]]></description>
