		<description><![CDATA[Delicious!  Because I was making this for dinner, I added some sauteed mushrooms and fresh spinach to bulk it up a bit and it was fabulous!  Also, I mixed the dijon mustard with mayo to tone it down some.  I loved my version but I also think the recipe as printed here would be just as delicious.  Thanks for the great recipe]]></description>
