We like our mac and cheese a little sloppier than some, so I made an extra batch of cheese sauce for that amount of noodles. The original sauce is really tasty as is, so I knew it would be delicious. When I made the next batch of sauce, I added some smoked paprika to it as well as some ground mustard and garlic salt just for fun. Mmmmm!
