		<description><![CDATA[Delicious!  I love that the brown sugar takes the bitterness away from the Guinness but doesn&#039;t make the meat too sweet.  My husband and I both agreed this is our favorite corned beef recipe to date!  I left out the potato, carrot, cabbage part of the recipe because I had a different idea for sides and that was the only change I made.  Can&#039;t wait to make this again next year!  Thanks for sharing Valerie!]]></description>
