I loved all the flavors and the peanut sauce was so good…I could put that on cardboard and it would be delicious. Served it with a side of sauteed snow peas. Yum!

I had to let the chicken marinade overnight and was afraid it might be a little tough the next day but instead it was extra flavorful.
