		<description><![CDATA[The recipe SOUNDS good, but the photo shows something either burned or overly caramelized from sugars in the marinate. Also there is no pre-heating on a charcoal grill or setting for medium high, nor turning the heat down. I&#039;m sure it tastes good, but it&#039;d probably be better not black(overly caramelized or burnt), a bit more pink inside, and smoked, not &quot;gassed&quot; into oblivion from propane.]]></description>
