Made these for Easter and they were delish! I only had them marinate for the four hours (all the time we had) before putting them on the grill (I believe a bit longer would have been better). Used center cut boneless as well (pretty thick cut) and couldn't taste the salt at all. Everyone (including two small kids) loved them. Will make again. Great recipe!

Lawsy! Delicious! Even my teenager who insisted she wasn't going to eat any and didn't like pork chops anyway kept sneaking slices off the end of a chop left on the serving plate!

I used center cut boneless chops (thick cut). I only left them in the marinade 3 1/3 hours, and any longer and I am pretty sure they would have been too salty. But they were really good at just that amount of time, and that glaze caramelizes onto the surface and makes the chops look as good as they taste. They were tender and juicy and well-balanced in flavors (except for the slight saltiness, which can be cured by a slightly shorter brining time. Don't cut the salt, just the time!)
