I withheld the soy sauce because I’m pregnant, and I didn’t have any orange juice, so I substituted orange/peach/mango juice, and it still tasted great! I like the addition of the ginger and garlic! I also broiled the fish instead of grilling it since we don’t have a grill – about 10 minutes under low broiler heat and it was still juicy. Thank you for this great recipe!
