		<description><![CDATA[Very good; I will make this again.  It was raining out, so I pan-fried the chicken breasts in olive oil mixed with a little butter (7 mins each side).  After removing the chicken, I added a full bag of fresh spinach (9 oz) and sauteed it in the pan juices until it was wilted, scraping the pan clean.  I put the spinach aside and made the sauce in the same pan.  Once the sauce was hot, the spinach, pan juices, and chicken went back in along with the pasta. I went off Ree&#039;s original PW recipe and used 4 lemons, but think 3 would be perfect.  Adding more basil mellowed out the lemon and all turned out well.  Hubby said he will eat it if next time I use 1 less lemon...hooray!]]></description>
