I only changed a few things (didn’t grill the avocado, and skipped adding thickener to the mushrooms) but otherwise followed the recipe. We added BBQ sauce to ours and all of us LOVED this recipe. The creamy avocado really compliments the rest of the flavors and textures in this burger. Yumm!
