		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve never cooked chard before this recipe, and I was certainly skeptical since I&#039;m not a fan of wilted spinach or manygreens. After making this recipe, I&#039;m in love with  how easy it was and how distinct the chard flavor is! I served it with petite sirloin steaks and it held up well against the steak. Yummy!! I&#039;ll double the recipe for sure next time!]]></description>
