I loved both the tzatziki recipe and the falafel. Only thing I would change is cut back on the amount of onion and garlic (since it doesn’t actually get cooked all the way through, the taste of both is very prominent) and add something to help the patties stick better, maybe an egg or some water. Other than that, it was delicious. I loved the whole coriander. My husband has been enjoying these Greek sandwiches at work all week long. Thanks!
