I tried...I really tried to like these. The picture looked so good but they were really bland even with all that mint and sauce. I have made many chicken burgers in my time and I really think the seasoning is off in this. Salt and pepper were just not enough to pull it off. All I could taste was the sauce and even then plain yogurt with mint added in was just not enough to make this do-able. Sorry, I really tried.

We love how tasty and healthy this is. We substituted diced onions for the feta cheese, because we are one of the few weird people who don't like feta. We also used 0% Fage Greek Yogurt. This is so easy too. My hubby said that he really love this and would to have this more often. Thank you for sharing!

Tzatziki is one of the world's great condiments/dips. My personal recipe is about 2 cups greek yogurt, 2 - 3 persian cucumbers (or one goodly sized regular), garlic clove, juice of one small lemon, dill or mint or not about tablespoon of fresh chopped), kosher salt, pepper. I mince the garlic, shred the cucumbers after peeling and mix it all together. Let sit for a couple hours.

It is more of a concept than a hard core recipe. Play with the proportions until you get the consistency flavor you really like. Really good on sangak Persian flatbread if you can find it.
