I used star pasta too, but I wasn't displeased with the proportions. It was very good, but I think if I make it again I'll let the garlic cook a bit in a pan before adding it and relying on the warmth of the pot to soften it. I also don't really enjoy the feta in the dish--I think I'd rather have an Italian hard cheese of some sort. Eatliverun, you're still one of my favorite sources on this site. Thanks again for a warm dinner idea!

Taste was fine, but the quantities didn't work for me. I used star pasta (because the store didn't have alphabet letters), I'm not sure if that affected it or not, but I had to double the amount of tomatoes just to make sure there was some liquid to call it soup and cook the spinach. Otherwise it would have been a pasta dish. Where did I go wrong?
