I had decided on spaghetti tonight got to my pantry at the last minute only to discover I had no sauce. I quickly ran to the computer and found Angela's recipe. Since it only required an hour (and not all day) I figured I'd give it a shot. I left out the extra veggies, the sugar, and the Parmesan cheese and wound up with a sauce that tasted BETTER than what I can get in a jar. (And please note that I do not buy cheap spaghetti sauce!) The Preacher loved it and the kiddos never noticed the difference. I am big fan of this sauce and will continue to use it when making spaghetti. Angela, be sure to tell Grandma that I said, "THANKS!"
