He said I could make it again but it wasn’t his favorite of my several mac and cheese recipes. My 4 y/o wasn’t terribly crazy about it either. I used elbow macaroni because it’s all I had on hand, but otherwise followed the recipe. I will definitely make it again. Might be good with some peas thrown in, and I love johannagibson’s idea to use proscuitto instead of the bacon. Thanks kitchenlovenest for a darn good recipe!
