(Can you believe the man doesn’t like homemade mac & cheese?!) Anyway, I only added 1 tsp. of the garlic/parsley because I thought that my youngest, who is the pickiest, would be put off by the full amount. Surprisingly the 1 tsp seemed just right to me, and my youngest asked for MORE. lol
It was really good. Nice break from regular cheddar mac & cheese. I thought it tasted a lot like alfredo sauce, which I love, but haven’t had in years. I’ll definitely be making this again!
