It was quick, easy, and pretty healthy! I was surprised that it had so much flavor, because it seems so basic. I actually used farafalle because I didn’t have any orzo on hand, but it still worked. My husband and I ate almost all of it for dinner last night…but I’m pregnant, so it was sort of like there were three people eating, right?
