		<description><![CDATA[With some tweaking, this recipe turned out quite delicious. I doubled the recipe (except the garlic) for our family of four. The garlic sauce was much too thick, so I had to thin it out with some milk. The sauce was still very tasty and spread well on the naan bread. I carmelized the red onion and turned the broiler on for about 1.5 minutes to lightly brown the cheese and tomatoes. Will definatly make again!]]></description>
