That was the first time I’d had it or heard of it and it was perfect for that venue and delicious and EVERYONE was enjoying it! It would make for a perfect pot luck recipe too – just have people sign up for a component. I especially enjoyed the sweet additions like coconut, diced pineapple, etc. Very easy to individualize a plate. YUM!
