Definitely if you need to make more than 1 recipe, hold off on the cayenne. We eat spicy all the time, but this ruined the pot. Our mistake.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[This turned out delicious.  Great technique.  I added 1 lb diced  chicken breasts and reduced the shrimp.  I did find I needed more liquid because I used brown rice.  Also added some cajun spice mix I had on hand.    It dubled easily and I cooked it in a cast iron dutch oven rather than a sauce pan.]]></description>
