I didn’t have the time to make the sauce entirely by hand so I used a combination of canned tomatoes, and it still came out quite well. It was forgiving, too, when I got a bit ahead of myself and messed up one of the layers. A yummy kitchen staple and perfectly satisfies that craving for a hot, filling, comfort meal!
