This is the first time I’ve cooked a fish other than tuna, and the first time I’ve eaten a fish taco. I’m a recent convert to seafood, and this recipe just made my day. The sauce was strange on its own, but on the taco was simply wonderful. I doubled the cumin, because I really love cumin. Next time I might quadruple it!
