My mother LOVED it! Just made one adjustment after adding the peanut butter and checking for flavor — added an additional packet of beef broth concentrate (makes 1 cup) to balance the flavors a little bit. We used JIF peanut butter, but I would probably try it again with fresh-ground organic peanut butter to control the sweetness. Thank you for sharing!
