		<description><![CDATA[I made this last night to the delight of my wife.  She loves mushrooms (but I do not).  Instead of doing it on the stove, I made this recipe on our Big Green Egg using the cast iron dutch oven as the skillet.

It turned out great, the filet&#039;s were good just the way we like them and the sauce made us feel like we were in a 5 star restaurant.

We will have this one again,
