I have made a lot of different pizza dough recipes and this is a good one. I will be using this one again. It was very easy to make. With any dough the problem I have is the middle not getting crispy so someone told me to heat your pizza pans in the oven. Be careful when you take them out and put the pizza on them. I will set everything up pull out the pan then quickly put the dough on it then build it and put it back in the oven. I would not do that with little ones. I let my son build his pizza then I will pull out his pan and put it on it. I wish I had a pizza stone but this has worked pretty good so far.
I love putting basil or garlic in the dough which adds a nice flavor.

Great dough! I've been looking for a simple, classic and tasty dough for a while and I finally found it!
Instead of 2cups of all purpose flour I used 1 cup plain flour and 1cup self raising flour and it raised beautifully :) Thanks for the recipe!! I loved it :)

Love it ! It turned out great the first time I made it as the recipe stated it would! The first time I made it it made one large pizza with a nice crust. The second time I cut it into 4ths. It made a small thin crust for the kids, 2 days worth of lunches for me, and I also froze some , all from one batch of dough. The small kids pizza I made thinly and cooked only 8-9 minutes. It was really good. You can go thick or thin and the dough holds up really well. The second time I added some spices.

Great crust! I used half white/half wheat flour and refrigerated it about 24 hours. I let it come to room temp before rolling it out. It cooked up perfectly and was nice and crisp. Much easier than the other recipe I had been using. Next time I will roll it big enough to fit in my jelly roll pan.
