He finally made it for me one day and I was shocked that such a short ingredient list and such simple prep could turn out so delicious! I do have to put the peppercorns in a tea strainer for the cooking, though, because my kids, while liking the taste of the dish, can’t abide the possibility of biting into the peppercorns and haven’t the patience the pick them out.
