It was quickly devoured and my husband requested that I make it again. I was wary about the green chilies since I’m not a big fan, but after it was cooked the chilies were mellowed and hardly noticeable. My advice would be to use an extra large 9 x 13 pan since I used a disposable oversized pan that is quite deeper than my pans at home. Overall an easy and delicious dish!
