I will say that I have increased the cheese (partly because I can never seem to find the right quantities and partly because you can never have too much cheese)…so I’ve used the 6oz goat cheese logs, and about a cup of the rest of the cheeses. I also used the whole lb of bacon instead of limiting to 10 slices…again…more is always better when it comes to bacon!
