		<description><![CDATA[Good enchiladas!  I also did not have Pablano and used canned green chiles from my pantry.  I was impressed by how incredibly easy and fast they were to make.  Even my picky one year old gobbled some up.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I really enjoy the rotisserie chicken in this recipe.  I could not find Pablano Peppers at my store, so I used a can of diced Chiles that I had on hand.  The sauce needed quite a bit of extra flavoring (IMHO) and I even added extra chicken broth to the sauce to make it go further.  I also substituted 1/2 &amp; 1/2 instead of heavy cream.  I know I made a bunch of substitutions, but I needed to use what I had on hand! :0)

Overall, it was a good recipe but I think next time I will use a larger onion &amp; more peppers (chiles in my case) in order to make more sauce,  I like things saucy!!!]]></description>
