My kids loved it and remarked “you can’t even taste the zucchini Mom!” What a great way to get in some veggies.

I would follow the recipe a little more closely next time. I forgot about the aluminum foil and just baked/broiled until the tops where toasty and the cheese melted and a bit brown. Which was great, but the bottoms were a bit soggy. Still tasted great though!
