		<description><![CDATA[I make small empanadas all the time and freeze them.  Just make sure you flash freeze (put on a tray until frozen then put them in a bag, that way they don&#039;t stick together.)  And thaw them completely before cooking.  They turn out as good as if you just made them.  Thanks for this recipe.  It looks great and really easy.]]></description>
