I tried this crust out and my boyfriend said "never again". He hated the sweetness of the honey and brown sugar. I didn't think it was too bad but he found it overpowering. It did come together nicely and rose quickly...I was happy with the process, just not the unhappy boyfriend.

Excellent crust! This will be my go-to crust recipe from now on. I doubled the ingredients and used multi-grain flour that acts like all purpose white and had absolutely the best experience ever. I made 6 batches of dough, cut each into 5 sections apiece, formed them into circles and then half cooked each crust. I stacked the crusts in the freezer and will pull them out as wanted for a quick pizza dinner.
