It was really creamy and there was a lot of it. If I were to make these again, I would halve the filling and double the cheese.

Husband hates sour cream and daughter hates salsa so I didn’t add them, just used them for dipping. I also added a little salt and chile powder and a can of ortega chiles. Yum! Will absolutely make these a standard at our house.
