Had this tonight for dinner & my husband and Ireally enjoyed it. I made a few minor changes (I coated my beef in seasoned flour before browning and then added some of the remaining flour mixed with water into the stew to slightly thicken towards the end of cooking), but mainly followed the recipe as written and was very pleased. Will definitely be making again sometime! Thanks for the recipe!
