		<description><![CDATA[How sweet it was!  Well, not actually sweet but you get the point.  It was amazing.  I don&#039;t think I could&#039;ve had a better piece of tilapia than if I&#039;d ordered it at Red Lobster.  This was definitely restaurant quality and ready in what, like 15 MINUTES?!?!?  Yep, this is how I&#039;m making tilapia from now on.  Thank you!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Wow, this was delicious! I used thawed, frozen tilapia fillets that were fairly thin, so I only baked the fish 5 minutes before adding the topping and putting under the broiler. It smelled so good while broiling and the fish was very moist and flavorable.]]></description>
