It was so easy and very flavorful! I used frozen chicken tenderloin (didn’t even thaw it!) and minced dried onion instead of the onion powder. The texture of the chicken was awful because it dried out so much in the oven. The potatoes were okay, but not amazing. The flavor was nice, though so I thought it was worth more than just one mitt.
