		<description><![CDATA[These were so good!  I used tilapia and cooked them on a wire rack.  When I took them out of the oven I brushed them with a little more olive oil - broke one in half. Oh my! Just perfect and flaky.  

I used fresh herbs from my garden to make the dip. The only thing I did differently to the dip was add a little sugar and fresh parsley.

Great Recipe!

I will make this again. Rave reviews all around.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Really delicious and a huge hit with the kiddo-she proclaimed them much better than the ones we buy in the store. I used cod fillets and they were crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. 

My only change-I added a touch of garlic because we think everything is better with garlic. :-)]]></description>
