I made this last night for my first ever dinner party. Doubled the recipe (I had a 5 lb loin) and it came out perfectly! It was so good, in fact, I had to go up to the office and print it out for five of our guests!

We added a little more spice than the recipe calls for, just because I know we’re both spice people, and it was divine. The peaches were the perfect contrast to the spice. We served it with a spinach salad and mashed potatoes. Amazing…thank you!!!
