		<description><![CDATA[This recipe is so easy to adjust if you are feeding different amounts of people.  For each person add 1/2 chicken breakt, 1 carrot, 1 potato, 1 strip bacon, 1/8 onion, apx. 1 teaspoon oil, 1/4 cup cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.  A nice variation on this is to add a splash of rice wine vinegar, handful of chopped mushrooms, a little ground sage, a pinch of sugar, and a little garlic when you are sauteeing the onions.  It gives a different dimension to the dish but still retains the original flavors and textures.]]></description>
