It was good, we ate it. I was just surprised the chips on the bottom weren’t a bit incorporated into the dish. Could have had crushed Doritos served along side the dish in a bowl. Just wondering why they were added, just to have crunchy chips on the bottom? The recipe did not state whether to drain the pinto beans, or add the can and liquid and also? Additionally, it did not get bubbly, though I increased the time a few minutes.p, and watched it so I didn’t overdo it. Melted cheese, but not bubbly.
It was good, not great. The sour cream, lettuce and tomato on top helped.
