I didn’t have any celery or cranberries on hand, but I did have raisins and it was great. This is so much healthier than the chicken curry my family makes with sour cream and soup, I’ll be making this in the future. I also served it with white rice instead of couscous…again it’s what I had on hand. Thanks for the recipe!
