		<description><![CDATA[This pork is DIVINE!!  I had to omit the garlic due to an allergy.  I set the roast on top of sliced onions as a substitute. 

It transports me back to when I lived on Key West and fell in love with a good Cuban Sandwich.  Now, if I can get the bread perfected, I have the pork to complete that Sandwich.  Can&#039;t Wait!!  Thanks for the perfect Cuban Pork!]]></description>
